International visitors must secure a Protected Area Permit (PAP), and Indian nationals an Inner Line Permit (ILP) to enter Arunachal Pradesh.

Ticket Usage:

This is an e-ticket. Present it as a printout or display the ticket number with a valid photo ID at the festival box office to receive your wristband.

Tickets grant access to the festival area on select day/days only and do not include accommodation or meals.

Refund Policy:

Tickets are non-refundable. Changes in the lineup or cancellations of performances, as well as extreme weather conditions, do not entitle ticket holders to refunds.
